What this website collects

Nothing, unless you send us something. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Pages are served as plain files. The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security and fault-finding, which are deleted on a rolling basis.

When you send an enquiry

The quote and contact forms collect the details you type: your name, company, email, phone number and what you tell us about your project, plus the internet address the form was sent from (used only to stop abuse). We use them to reply, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, deliver the work. The details are emailed to our project team and kept in our enquiry records. We do not add you to marketing lists and we do not sell or share the details with anyone outside the company, except suppliers who need them to deliver your project (for example a venue contractor).

WhatsApp, phone and email

If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. The WhatsApp button on this site is a plain link; it does not load anything from WhatsApp until you tap it. Links to Google Maps work the same way.

Instagram clips

The short films on the home page are served from this website. When our Instagram feed is connected, this website’s own server fetches our latest posts from Instagram and passes them on, so your browser does not contact Instagram or Meta until you tap through to a post.

How long we keep enquiry details

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after two years. Project records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and warranty purposes under UAE law.
