Dubai World Trade Centre alone hosted 401 events for 2.97 million visitors in 2025, and 78% of its 63,000 exhibitors came from abroad. The halls are crowded and the build-up windows are short. The earlier the brief lands, the better the stand.
Open a show for its venue and the date to brief us by. Months are the usual slots; organisers set the exact dates for each edition. Our “brief by” dates give eight weeks, which is comfortable. We have delivered in less, so ask.
